Position Details

• Shifts:
  • Overnights:
    Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday
  • 6p - 6a 12-hour shifts
• Patient Specifics: 19-year old with a G-tube

What You'll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings
• Assess and monitor your patient's condition and communicate changes with the care team
• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies
• Provide trach, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and support families through education
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment
