Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate

Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

• Maintain safety of the Facility by following safety standards, procedures, and guidelines; conduct safety sweeps; follow forklift spotting procedures; handle and dispose of hazardous materials properly; follow company standards; and report unsafe situations to Management.
• Maintain the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area by properly handling claims and returns; zone the area; receive and stock merchandise; set up and clean displays; remove damaged goods; price merchandise appropriately; complete required audits and documentation; and secure fragile and high-shrink merchandise.
• Provide Member service by acknowledging Members and identifying their needs; locate merchandise and assist with purchasing decisions; provide Deli products to Members; resolve issues and concerns; and promote Company products and services.
• Follow Company policies related to Freezer/Cooler area by complying with food handling policies; operate, repair, and sanitize equipment; adhere to Cold Chain procedures when stocking; clean the freezer/cooler/deli area; monitor fans, drains, and doors for proper operation; and report issues to Management.
• Contribute to a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area.

• Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines.
• Keeps shelves stocked, temperatures controlled, and expiration dates verified; dispose of lesser-quality products as needed.
• Stock displays and ensure ready-to-sell products are available for members.
• Maintains a clean, sanitized area and supports a positive shopping experience.
• Provides courteous member service and supports merchandising and inventory processes.
