** Responsibilities
* * The New Vehicle Manager manages the activities of all sales staff ensuring sales targets and customer service levels are achieved.  This individual is responsible for training, cross-training, and development of all sales staff.
* Ensure sales goals are attained
* Sales Staff Recruiting, Training and Development
* Manage daily activity of the sales staff
* Ensure sales people are engaging with customers
* Track ad sourcing##
** Qualifications
* * We are searching for a true leader with the ability to train and motivate a sales team to meet and exceed objectives**.
*** 2-3 years dealership sales management experience
*** required
* *** Must have a proven track record with an exceptional CSI
* Strong communication and customer engagement skills
* Superior auto sales and sales management experience
* Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
