Simple
CITI is seeking a creative, detail-driven Graphic Designer to elevate our brand presence across all materials and communications. From pitch decks to investor brochures, this role is responsible for ensuring visual consistency and high-quality design throughout every client-facing and internal document. You’ll work closely with company leadership to design and produce materials that reflect the sophistication and clarity of our platform.
- Branding & Visual Identity:
Create and refine logos, wordmarks, and visual identity systems for Simple
CITI and its subsidiaries; ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across all materials and platforms; develop visual assets for use on websites, signage, social media, and email marketing. - Print & Digital Collateral Design:
Design investor materials including offering memoranda (OMs), brochures, and one-pagers; create booklets, presentations, and pitch decks that support company growth initiatives; develop business cards, letterheads, and branded templates for internal teams; build clean, interactive PDF forms for lease applications, onboarding, and compliance; assist with the layout and design of employee handbooks and internal guides. - Execution & Production:
Prepare and export final design files for print, digital, or web platforms; work with external printers, developers, and vendors to ensure quality results; organize design files and templates for internal access and re-use. - Collaboration & Innovation:
Collaborate with leadership across departments to translate business needs into design deliverables; suggest creative improvements to existing materials and explore new design formats; stay up to date on industry design trends and real estate presentation standards.
- 2–5 years of experience in graphic design, branding, or marketing communications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Canva
- Experience designing professional materials in real estate, finance, or corporate sectors preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Strong visual sense, layout skills, and an eye for typography and color
- Organized, communicative, and comfortable taking initiative
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills and experience with motion graphics or animation
- Experience with PowerPoint, Figma, or basic HTML/CSS
- Experience with commercial real estate or private equity marketing materials
- Photography, video editing, or motion graphics skills
