Job DescriptionGarden City Dental is seeking a knowledgeable and detail‑oriented Lead Front Office Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of dental insurance billing and claims, ensuring seamless processing and maximum reimbursement for our patients.
Responsibilities- Verify and update patient insurance information accurately and efficiently.
- Process dental insurance claims electronically and on paper, following up as needed.
- Coordinate with patients, insurance companies, and providers to resolve any billing issues.
- Educate patients on their insurance benefits and financial responsibilities.
- Maintain detailed records of insurance transactions and interactions.
- Stay up‑to‑date on changes in insurance policies, procedures, and codes.
- Assist with administrative tasks and provide support to the front desk team as needed.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with dental treatment plans, dental insurance billing, and claims.
- Strong understanding of dental procedures, codes, and terminology.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail‑oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record‑keeping.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Customer service‑oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
