Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with children, a positive attitude, and a commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for patients.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment results and client needs.
  • Provide direct therapy services to clients with speech, language, and communication challenges.
  • Collaborate with KDcare staff and other professionals to support client progress.
  • Monitor and document client progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
  • Provide consultation and guidance to parents and KDcare staff on speech and language development.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports in compliance with clinic and state regulations.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure holistic client care.
  • Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience working with children (preferred).
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and sensitivity to client and family needs.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
