Job Function:
- Provide comprehensive outpatient care to patients aged 6 months and older.
- Conduct patient evaluations, review medical records, and develop treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications, administer vaccines, and manage chronic and acute conditions.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests to support clinical decision-making.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR.
- Collaborate with other providers to ensure coordinated, team-based care.
- Refer patients to specialists when appropriate.
- Stay current with medical knowledge through CME and professional development.
Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience.
Graduate of an accredited Medical program with current licensure to practice in New York State.
Family Medicine Board-certified or board-eligible status.
