POSITION SUMMARY
Safety Technician is responsible for ensuring workplace safety compliance, updating developmental safety policy manuals, training matrix administrations, and fostering a culture of safety within the organization.

POSITION SUMMARY
Safety Technician is responsible for ensuring workplace safety compliance, updating developmental safety policy manuals, training matrix administrations, and fostering a culture of safety within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Oversight of the employee safety training matrix log
- Updating and cataloging the weekly safety tailgates
- Upload and upkeep the safety training records
- Update New Hire Documents
- Revise accordingly with expiration dates
- Upkeep and update the CA Harassment certifications for the union employees
- Backend paperwork with safety challenges
- Coordinate the safety challenge log
- Order incentive items and coordinate lunches
- Safety Start Paperwork
- Site specific safety binder
- SDS Binder works
- Foreman Binder Updates
- Upload and maintain inspections checklists per jobsite
- Transcribe notes for construction Team meetings
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative role
- Excellent knowledge of Word Processing software, Internet software, and Spreadsheet software
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
