Position Overview: We’re seeking an experienced Vice President of Sales to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities in office and industrial relocations, logistics, and storage services.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast, relationship-driven environment.

Some of the duties will include:

  • Generate new commercial moving and storage business through networking, cold calls, and referrals.
  • Conduct on-site surveys and prepare accurate proposals for office, industrial, and specialized relocations.
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with operations, coordination, and project management teams to ensure successful job execution.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Track leads, quotes, and client interactions in Hubspot.
  • Represent the company at local business events and industry associations.
  • Perform other duties as requested.

Required qualifications are:

  • 2+ years sales experience (preferably in moving, logistics, or related service industries).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
