This role is ideal for current college students or recent graduates in STEM, education, or teaching credential programs who want to build real-world teaching, leadership, and business skills. Also an excellent opportunity for experienced educators or former Center Directors seeking a flexible, rewarding leadership position.

• Partner with the Center Director to assess student needs and design personalized learning plans
• Lead parent consultations and support student enrollment goals
• Build strong relationships with families, school administrators, and the local community
• Coach and mentor instructors to ensure high-quality instruction and engagement
• Oversee student progress and support day-to-day center operations

• Background or studies in math, education, or a STEM field
• Prior teaching, tutoring, or mentoring experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with both kids and adults
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow in an education-focused business environment
• A collaborative mindset and ability to balance multiple priorities

As part of our hiring process here at Mathnasium, all applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency.
