• Develop and own test strategies that validate next‑gen powertrain components at scale

• Train and empower production teams to troubleshoot and operate test platforms
• Collaborate across engineering, quality, and manufacturing to launch high-volume EV solutions
• Manage vendors from concept to commissioning to ensure seamless integration into production

• Bachelor’s in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering
• 5+ years in high-volume test engineering, ideally in EV, automotive, or related sectors
• Proven success deploying automated test equipment in fast-paced environments
• Strong command of data acquisition, SPC, DOE, and industrial instrumentation
• Sharp problem‑solver with a passion for quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement
