Accounting Manager

We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have an Account Manager opportunity with a California-chartered, full-service commercial bank headquartered in Orange County. The bank serves individuals, professionals, and small to mid-sized businesses with personalized banking solutions. • Overseeing the accounting operations of the Bank.
• Assisting in the preparation of periodic financial reports.
• Maintaining an effective system of accounting records and internal controls.
• Developing and managing budgets to mitigate risk, enhance financial accuracy, and ensure compliance with GAAP and state and federal banking regulations.
• Reporting directly to the Controller.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration, supplemented by financial, lending, compliance, and audit-related training, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of progressively responsible accounting experience, including at least four (4) years in bank accounting and regulatory reporting.

• Experience with the Client Navigator core system.

Pay Rate Range
: $100,000 - $130,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
