HR Manager, Employee Relations, Talent Manager, HR / Recruitment Consultant
An industry leading mid-sized manufacturer is seeking an HR and Payroll Administrator to partner with the HR Director in managing essential HR operations, including payroll, benefits, recruitment, performance management, and compliance. This role ensures accurate, efficient HR processes while contributing to key strategic initiatives such as ADP system enhancements and benefits rollouts. The ideal candidate is detail-driven, bilingual in English and Spanish, and brings hands‑on experience with ADP payroll and HR modules.
RESPONSIBILITIESPayroll & HR Systems
Manage ADP payroll (biweekly/semi‑monthly) with accuracy and compliance across federal, state, and local regulations.
Act as primary contact for payroll questions, adjustments, and reporting needs.
Collaborate with the HR Director on implementing ADP modules (Performance Management and Recruitment).
Support benefit plan administration, including enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries.
Coordinate open enrollment, employee education sessions, and system readiness within ADP.
Liaise with vendors to ensure accurate benefits data feeds and resolve issues.
Provide bilingual (Spanish/English) support to help employees fully understand their benefit options.
Partner with the HR Director to deliver 2025–2026 initiatives, including:
Launch of ADP Performance Management module.
Annual benefits review and open enrollment.
Implementation of ADP Recruitment module.
Rollout of company Mexico benefits (Jan 2026).
Preparation for company Mexico payroll implementation (Q2 2026).
Maintain accurate employee records, onboarding processes, and compliance files.
Contribute to employee relations, HR policy communication, and best practice initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
3+ years of HR Generalist experience, with focus on payroll and benefits.
Proficiency with ADP payroll; experience in ADP Performance Management, Recruitment, and Benefits modules strongly preferred.
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
Solid knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
