Harbinger Motors is looking for a wiring harness technician to support prototype Low Voltage (LV) and High Voltage (HV) harness builds. This is a contract position with possibility of conversion to a full-time role. This role requires on-site attendance 5 days a week. Overtime available as needed.

• Assemble, install, and repair harnesses according to detailed technical drawings and schematics.
• Use essential tools and test equipment for harness builds.
• Work under a microscope to solder components onto PCBAs.
• Maintain a clean lab environment.

• Experience with building wiring harnesses from scratch; including soldering, crimping, terminating, etc.
• Experience with soldering components onto PCBAs under a microscope.
• Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent certification.
• 6+ years of experience in harness manufacturing.

• Automotive experience
• CIRRIS testing experience
• QA/QC experience
• IPC certification
• Experience with mentoring junior team members
• Experience with electrical test execution, making test setups, etc.

$35/hr - $40/hr based on experience; overtime available.
