Injection Molding Operator; 1st shift

Machine Operator – Plastic Injection Molding (1st shift)

Location: 100% On-site at Garden Grove, CA 92841

Contract: W2 under staffing supplier; with a 3-month duration (Temp to hire)

Work Schedule: 1st shift, Mon – Fri, 5 am to 1:30

Experience: At least 1+ yoe in related positions in manufacturing settings.

Technical

Skills:

Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments.

Availability: Must be able to work overtime, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Adaptability: Willingness to perform "other duties assigned" to support the team.

Production: Operate plastic injection molding machines to produce quality parts based on blueprints and work orders.

Quality Control: Monitor process temperatures and injection pressures; detect and report any non-conformances.

Precision Measurement: Verify machine settings by measuring first-run parts and samples using micrometers, Vernier calipers, and optical comparators.

Maintenance: Perform routine preventive maintenance according to manufacturer instructions.

Documentation: Accurately read and interpret technical drawings and work orders.
