• Maintain organization and flow while washing dishes and utensils.
• Practice food safety and sanitation.
• Restock kitchen and cook line as needed during the shift.
• General cleaning of the restaurant.
• Maintain pace and organization of dish execution.
• Understand how the dish machine runs and all chemical components.
• Follow procedures for changing out water and chemicals as needed.
• Keep floors clean and dry.
• Keep plates and smallware clean.
• Maintain and inspect receiving, preparation, production, and storage areas to ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Correct unsafe practices or conditions and notify management.

• 1+ year BOH experience in a full-service restaurant preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Team player.
• Must be available to work a variety of opens, swings and closes.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs.
• Vision abilities to include distance, close, color, depth, and peripheral; ability to adjust focus.
• Regular use of hands to handle or feel objects; reach with hands and arms.
• Able to work in hot and cold environments.
