Sales Representative
Garden Grove Hyundai, now a proud part of Lithia & Driveway (LAD), is expanding! We’re looking for motivated, customer-focused Sales Representatives to join our team. If you have sales experience—automotive or otherwise—and a desire to build a successful career with the nation’s largest automotive group, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do- Greet customers and guide them through the vehicle selection process
- Build rapport and deliver a professional, positive buying experience
- Stay knowledgeable about Hyundai models, features, and incentives
- Manage leads, follow-ups, and appointments to maximize your pipeline
- Partner with sales managers and finance to finalize deals
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Prior sales experience preferred (automotive a plus)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Energetic, professional, and goal-driven mindset
- Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commissions off Individual Payable Gross, and Bonuses based on Individual Units Sold and Manufacturer Approvability.
The Monthly Estimated Earnings Range is $4,017.00 - $13,225.00.
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
