Our client, a premium professional apparel brand, is looking for a TEMP-TO-HIRE Accounting Clerk to support their team on-site in Gardena, CA!
Responsibilities:- Process vendor invoices - verifying invoice against purchase orders and receivers to validate cost and quantity; follow up on approvals.
- Process credit card expense coding and enter in Excel and Full Circle to generate AP aging and check processing.
- Filling, pulling, and researching accounting documents as needed.
- Support other accounting functions in A/R cash applications, A/R aging research, Cash reports, audit research as needed.
- Other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
- Must be comfortable with MS Office applications.
- Must be comfortable with on-site, temp-to-hire employment in Gardena, CA.
