Will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and assisting with daily accounting operations.

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Enter and maintain accurate financial data and records.
• Verify invoices, purchase orders, and payment information.
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting.
• Maintain filing systems for accounting documents and records.
• Prepare and process checks, payments, and deposits.
• Research and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Support audits by gathering and organizing documentation.
• Assist with other administrative and accounting duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Additional coursework or education in accounting, bookkeeping, business, or finance is beneficial.

• 1+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or clerical experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with accounting software such as Quick Books, SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong data entry and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skill

• Knowledge of bookkeeping principles and accounting practices.
• Experience with account reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.

• Ability to remain seated and work at a computer for extended periods.
• Ability to review financial documents and enter data accurately.
• Ability to occasionally lift office materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to perform normal office duties while maintaining attention to detail throughout the workday.
