About UsWe are a well‑established wine importer and distributor serving retail, restaurants, and wholesale distributors throughout the United States. We’re looking for a detail‑oriented and reliable Warehouse/Logistics & Office Coordinator to join our team. This role bridges both warehouse operations and office administration—ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is comfortable multitasking.
Key Responsibilities- Process sales orders and generate invoices accurately and on time.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming/outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality in a timely manner.
- Pull and prepare orders; may require lifting over 50 lbs when needed.
- Screen all calls and provide friendly, professional customer service.
- Arrange domestic inland freights and coordinate logistics with carriers.
- Inventory management, optimize warehouse layout, workflow, and space utilization for maximum efficiency. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse performance.
- Assist outside sales representatives with orders, marketing materials, product information, and any necessary documents.
- Generate monthly price lists, marketing/promotional materials for internal and customer use.
- Manage brand registrations, product registrations, and item set‑ups with required documentation.
- Order office/warehouse supplies, ensuring all necessary items are in stock at all times.
- Knowledge of logistics, inventory control, and lean operations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Comfortable working with SAP software, shipping/logistics and handling, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and comfortable in a team‑oriented environment.
- Split between office and warehouse settings.
- May require lifting (over 50 lbs) and organizing of supplies.

- Contract position with potential for extension or permanent hire.
