Highly funded Space & Defense company seeking an experienced Senior RF Hardware Engineer to join our growing talented team!
Salary: $165,000 – $200,000 per year.
We are seeking a Senior RF Hardware Engineer to lead the design, development, and qualification of advanced RF and microwave hardware for space and defense applications. This role involves end‑to‑end ownership of RF hardware, from concept and requirements definition through design, test, and production support. The ideal candidate has deep technical expertise in RF systems, a strong background in high‑reliability hardware, and experience working in regulated, mission‑critical environments.

- Own end‑to‑end RF hardware from concept through design, test, and production support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
- More than seven years of professional electrical engineering experience
- Hands‑on experience designing and working with microwave‑band circuitry
- Proven experience across the full PCB design lifecycle, including schematic capture, layout, fabrication, and assembly
- Strong hands‑on proficiency with Altium Designer
