Do you have extraordinary attention to detail? Management skills? Do you like gaming – particularly card games? Larry Flynt’s Lucky Lady Casino has immediate openings for a Surveillance Officer.

The Surveillance Officer is part of a team conducting video surveillance of all aspects of the Casino, including staff, patrons, and the interior and exterior of the Casino. Each officer is responsible for maintaining game integrity and providing protection for team members, patrons, and assets.

This position reports to the Surveillance Director and collaborates with the GM and department managers/directors.

Note: We will never communicate via text message to discuss or schedule interviews, nor ask for personal information over the phone, email, or text.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Inform Surveillance management of activities and incidents.
• Coordinate with IT to resolve camera and equipment issues promptly.
• Assist management in developing and enforcing policies.
• Participate in the Compliance Committee.

Additional Duties

• Learn to operate surveillance equipment (cameras, workstations, printers, etc.).
• Complete observation and incident reports promptly.
• Document incidents and activities in the Surveillance Daily Log.
• Export video footage from multiple camera angles.
• Conduct live monitoring of patrons and staff both inside and outside the Casino perimeter.
• Operate and maintain surveillance equipment.
• Monitor the Casino box pull.
• Report discrepancies to appropriate authorities or departments.
• Maintain a clean and functional work area.
• Be knowledgeable about all Casino games.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate clearly in person, via radio, email, and reports.
• Ability to learn report writing and footage management.
• Availability to work any shift, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Proficiency with computers.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times.

• High school diploma or GED, with six months’ experience or training in a related field.
• Gaming experience and computer skills are preferred.
