Network Manager - Hybrid
Northrop Grumman Federal Credit Union (NGFCU) is a not-for-profit credit union focused on helping members achieve financial dreams. As the Network Manager, you will oversee all IT systems used by the credit union, driving information systems planning, installation, maintenance, data and network security, and internet services.
ResponsibilitiesThe Network Manager manages a team of IT professionals and coordinates all information systems operations. Key tasks include identifying and implementing network and system procedures and solutions, providing project leadership, and ensuring an exceptional level of service to all credit union departments.
Position Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in network administration and support.
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years’ experience in Information Systems and Network administration.
- Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to prepare clear presentations, reports and documentation.
- Highly motivated with excellent prioritization, organization, time‑management, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Independent work ability with sound judgment; ability to engage management when necessary.
- Intermediate reading, writing, arithmetic and data interpretation skills.
- Preferred knowledge of credit union compliance regulations, laws and standard policies.
- Experience in hiring, training, motivating and overseeing staff; performance management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Technical knowledge of programming languages, operating systems, current equipment and technologies, network administration, backup and recovery, system monitoring tools, and technical writing.
- Valid driver’s license, passport and reliable transportation if local travel is needed.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, lift up to 50 lbs, close and distance vision, focus.
Base pay range: $/yr – $/yr. Compensation is commensurate with experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, a 401(k) profit‑sharing plan with employer matching, and a broad total rewards package.
