We are seeking an Employment Attorney to join our Gardena office. The ideal candidate will have experience handling employment-related matters, including discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims. The position requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining professionalism and client care.

• Handle all aspects of employment cases from intake through resolution.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Represent clients in mediations, hearings, and court proceedings.
• Negotiate settlements and communicate directly with clients.
• Collaborate with other departments, including immigration and PI teams, as needed.

• Active California Bar License (required).
• 2–5 years of experience in employment law or related civil litigation.
• Strong writing, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent client communication and case management abilities.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
