SMT AOI​/Inspector

• Hand Soldering, Solder touch-up and Rework of a wide variety of thru-hole and
• Perform FPI, and In-line inspection, and Solder Touch-up of assemblies after SMT reflow
• Operates SMT AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) machine for component placement and solder joint defects
• Visually inspect by using a magnification microscope for a populated Printed Circuit Boards and identify component misplacement and solder defects per customer requirements and IPC-A-610 & J-STD-001 standards
• Read;
  Verified Blue Print and interpret Customer BOM;
  Assembly Drawings;
  Assembly Instructions, and apply documented quality system procedures
• Certified to IPC-A-610 & J-STD-001
• Willing to work overtime when needed
• Willing to be able to work between the hours of 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
• Hours could change due to workload
• Follows verbal instructions from supervisor
• Other duties may be assigned

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); three to five years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be able to complete work in a timely manner, demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and promote quality
• Must be consistently at work on time
• Must be able to work with a minimum of supervision
• Must be proficient in English
• Must be organized, detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and efficiently
• Must be a fast learner, self-motivated and a team player that is able to work in a fast paced and dynamic work environment
