• Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional showroom experience.
• Listen carefully to customer needs, preferences, and budget considerations.
• Present vehicle options, features, and benefits in a clear and helpful manner.
• Conduct test drives and answer product-related questions with confidence.
• Guide customers through the sales process from initial contact to final purchase.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Work closely with finance, management, and other team members to support a smooth transaction process.
• Follow up with customers after the sale to encourage satisfaction and repeat business.
• Stay informed about current inventory, pricing, promotions, and automotive trends.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service mindset with a professional and approachable attitude.
• Ability to build rapport, listen actively, and respond to customer needs.

• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn dealership systems and tools.

• Prior sales or customer-facing experience is preferred, but not always required.

• Experience in automotive, retail, or other commission-based sales environments.
• Knowledge of vehicle features, financing basics, or dealership operations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
