Dispatchers receive and respond to calls, process information communicated by guards, and deliver the correct details to branch managers or supervisors in a timely manner.

• 2 years of Security Dispatch experience
• Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word proficiency
• Strong verbal, problem‑solving, and follow‑up skills
• Ability to coordinate and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
• Must read, write, and speak English; bilingual Spanish is a plus
• Customer service skills
• Scheduling experience preferred
