Garda World Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer for a shipping facility. The role focuses on monitoring security systems, spotting threats, and maintaining a safe environment.

Gardena, CA. 40 hours per week;
Monday – Friday, 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm.

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity
• Document events and incidents in detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure premises safety
• Control access to secure areas and verify visitor identities
• Analyze systems to identify vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• State security license (BSIS Guard Card) and 32-hour BSIS training
• At least 21 years of age
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual exceptional concentration skills
• Strong proficiency with technology
