Responsibilities- Provide non‑medical home care services to clients, including personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily activities.
- Maintain regular contact with clients and supervisors, ensuring high-quality, reliable, and compassionate support.
- Participate in weekly orientations and ongoing training to enhance your skills.
- Work with assigned clients to create compatible care plans.
- Help clients engage in leisure activities, local events, and games to promote a happy, complete life.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) experience preferred.
- Demonstrated devotion to caring for others with reliability and compassion.
- Willingness and readiness to learn all aspects of home care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
