• 20+ years multi‑skilled experience – Preferred
• Own truck/van and tools
• Strong work ethic, professional demeanor, clean‑cut appearance
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Collaborative, optimistic, reliable
• Knowledgeable in multiple trades – Carpentry, drywall, plumbing, tile, construction, maintenance, electrical, engineering

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
