Full-time position available - Pay rate ranging from $18.25/hr. to $22/hr. depending on certifications and shift differentials (overnights and weekends) for Full-time and part-time positions.
Per diem position available - work hours are not guaranteed and are scheduled on an as-needed basis. This role is ideal for someone looking for flexibility rather than a set schedule. The pay for per diem is at $15/hr.
The RoleAs a Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician (MHRT), you will provide support to aging adults with persistent mental health challenges within a residential setting. You will assist clients with mental health diagnoses to achieve their personal plan goals, encouraging change through a positive reinforcement approach, administering medication, and promoting and encouraging client community integration and inclusion. Drive our company vehicle to attend social outings and activities with our clients!

Qualifications- A high school diploma/GED
- 18 years of age or over
- Active driver s license
- Experience in direct care, preferred, but not required. Willing to train.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with residents and coworkers whose primary language is English
