We are looking for Shift Managers with previous McDonald's management experience and availability for opening and/or closing shifts. Pay starts at $18/hr for those with full availability, $17/hr for limited availability.

We offer flexible scheduling and will work around your schedule.

Job Overview

This position is at a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald's USA. If hired, the franchisee is your employer.

Responsibilities
  • Lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service.
  • Provide leadership to crew and other managers to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
  • Plan each shift, monitor performance, enforce standards, monitor safety, security, and profitability.
  • Communicate with next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift.
  • Meet shift targets and help departments meet goals.
  • Food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance, crew management, quality food production, customer service, safety and security, scheduling, training.
Requirements
  • Previous leadership experience preferred (restaurant, retail, or hospitality).
  • Positive team player with flexible schedule, thrives in fast‑paced environment.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
