Automotive Technicians / Mechanic Requirements:
  • At least 2 Years of Automotive Tech experience (Required)
  • Valid Driver License & reliable transportation to work (Required)
  • Working knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, etc.
  • Work well as part of a team
  • Must have own tools to perform tasks given
  • Ability to work through physical labor conditions on the job
Automotive Technicians / Mechanic Responsibilities:
  • Completing preventive maintenance such as, engine tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotation and changes, wheel balancing, replacing filters.
  • Maintaining vehicle functional condition by listening to operator complaints
  • Conducting inspections, repairing engine failures, repairing mechanical and electrical systems malfunctions, and replacing parts / components.
  • Complying with state vehicle requirements by testing engine, safety, and combustion control standards.
  • Maintaining vehicle records by recording service and repairs.
  • Accomplishing maintenance and organization missions by completing related results as needed
