We’re looking for a hands-on WMS Business Analyst to be the critical link between warehouse operations and technology. You’ll troubleshoot systems, improve workflows, analyze data, and partner with IT, Supply Chain, Operations, and technology vendors to keep a fast-moving distribution network running at its best. If you understand warehouse operations, have strong technical curiosity, and enjoy digging into how ERP, WMS, WCS, and warehouse systems connect, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact and grow your career.
Duties- Own and support key WMS, WCS, and warehouse technology applications, partnering with vendors to resolve issues and improve functionality.
- Analyze warehouse processes, system workflows, and data to identify opportunities to improve productivity, inventory accuracy, and fulfillment.
- Troubleshoot issues by understanding data flow between ERP, WMS, WCS, and warehouse equipment/systems.
- Lead system enhancements, upgrades, testing, implementations, and continuous improvement projects.
- Partner with Operations, IT, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and vendors to turn business needs into practical technology solutions.
- Hands-on experience working in a complex, high-volume warehouse or distribution environment.
- Strong understanding of WMS and warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and fulfillment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, with 5+ years supporting WMS in a high-volume warehouse or distribution environment.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to understand system integrations and data flow; working knowledge of SQL and/or Python is a plus.
- Experience supporting, configuring, troubleshooting, or optimizing WMS/ERP/WCS applications or similar warehouse technology.
- A strong problem solver who is curious, adaptable, comfortable on the warehouse floor, and able to communicate effectively with both technical and operational teams
Salary: $80,000 - $85,000
