Home Associates greet customers on the salesfloor, offer them assistance, and recommend merchandise based on the customers’ wants and needs. They also ensure that Home displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.

• $15.00/hr – $28.00/hr
• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

• Performance incentives (annual or quarterly).
• Premiums ranging from $0.35/hr to $3.00/hr based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

• Full‑time or part‑time
