Sybil Mobile Notary is expanding in 2026, and we're excited to introduce a brand-new role that blends professionalism, flexibility, and creativity. We're looking for commissioned Kansas Notaries to conduct curbside, exterior, interior inspections of residential and commercial properties for banks, real estate and insurance companies and other companies.

It’s a unique role working with Sybil Mobile Notary. LLC. Our Partners and clients rank from No. 5 to 100 of the Americas Largest Corporations in 2022.
Your primary duties are taking quality pictures of homes, commercial properties, and land lots then uploading your high-quality digital photos, and completing the reports. It's unique, fun, and lets you set your own hours. Our team works 7/days a week. Our clients and outstanding team keeps us at the top ranking in our home state of KS.
- Active Kansas Notary Commission required
- Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to drive to locations to complete the assignments
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior work driving, courier services, delivery packages, photography or similar jobs
- Comfortable working independently, walking around occupied and vacant properties
- Attention to detail is critical in the role for picture taking, inspections and reporting
- Excellent organizational skills to plan your day and routes
- Written and verbal communication skills and customer service skills are required
- Proficient in basic computer skills, such as sending emails, uploading photos and reports
- Experience in real estate, home or commercial inspection or photograph is a plus
