• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
• Utilize creative teaching methods to engage students and foster a love for learning.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and specialists to ensure comprehensive support for each student.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Provide a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect and understanding.

• Master's degree in Special Education from an accredited institution.
• Valid state license or certification for Special Education Teaching with DESE certification.
• Demonstrated experience working with children in a school setting, especially those with special needs.
• ABA experience preferred; elementary education experience is a plus.
