Furniture Assembler

Standard Chair of Gardner is looking for a dependable, hard working, focused individual to fill the position of Silk Screener / Repairs. The candidate must be reliable and have a solid work history. A positive attitude is a must. The employee will spend the majority of their shift on their feet. Employees are required to work safely, efficiently and adhere to all company policies, procedures and work standards.

• Preparing screen printing stencils.
• Mixing and loading ink.
• Cleaning and prepping parts.
• Reading and understanding work orders to apply the correct screened artwork to the proper furniture component.
• Properly use different sandpaper, rubbing oil, detail spray gun, and hand tools to repair the furniture.
• Be able to lift 25 lbs.
• Keep work center clean and organized.
• Consistently meet deadlines, sometimes under pressure.

Standard Chair is looking to hire an experienced, reliable, and proven furniture sprayer.

• Candidate would be required to remove dust and use a tack cloth to prep the furniture’s surface before spraying.
• Keep material properly mixed.
• Consistently apply coatings to the approved wet mills.
• Achieve and maintain quality and output standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Adhere to all company’s policies.
• Bring any potential issues to Supervisor’s attention.

Compensation based on experience.

Standard Chair of Gardner is looking for a dependable, hard working, focused individual to fill the position of Pin Striper. Pin striping is the application of a very thin line of paint or other material called a pin stripe, and is generally used for decoration. The candidate must be reliable and have a solid work history. A positive attitude is a must.

The employee will spend the majority of their shift on their feet. Employees are required to work safely, efficiently and adhere to all company policies, procedures and work standards.

• Using a brush, apply gold stripes to designated areas on our product line.
• Mix the materials to proper viscosity.
• The stripes need to be consistently painted cleanly and completely to comply with quality standards.
• Proper use of sanding pads and detail gun if minor touch ups are required.
• Meet or exceed standard output levels.
• Follow all company policies

• Lift up to 25lbs
• The ability to use hands skillfully.

Salary based upon experience.

Bonus programs are offered.

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm .
