Join Senscio Systems as a part‑time Nurse Practitioner
Base Pay Range$/yr – $/yr
Position Overview- Part‑time opportunity with potential to expand to full‑time.
- Immediate need; work remotely from your location of choice.
- Flexible schedule focused on patient self‑management.
- Massachusetts, New Hampshire, or Maine. Active license in Massachusetts required; licensure in additional states (FL, RI, ME, NH, PA, CT, NC) is a strong plus.
- Leverage Senscio’s AI‑powered virtual medicine platform to support patients (members) with complex medical challenges.
- Coordinate care with primary care providers, specialists, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide 24/7 home‑based virtual medicine program, including actionable situational awareness.
- Integrate physical, behavioral, and social determinants of health into holistic, patient‑centered care plans.
- Spend more time directing patient care and less time documenting.
- Board‑certified Nurse Practitioner with experience in Primary Care, Family Practice, or Geriatrics.
- Master’s Degree in Nursing.
- APRN license in good standing in Massachusetts; additional licensure in Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Florida, and Connecticut is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience managing complex patients.
- Willingness to obtain licensure in all states/regions where Senscio operates.
- Experience or interest in telehealth service delivery.
- Passion for Chronic Care Management.
