We are looking for an experienced perioperative leader to guide our Operating Room team. This is a full-time, 40-hour day position for someone who is passionate about quality care, strong teamwork and developing the next generation of surgical nurses.
The role:- Lead and mentor our perioperative nursing team
- Drive quality, safety and patient satisfaction
- Partner with surgeons to grow surgical services
- Oversee OR budgets and regulatory standards
- BSN required;
Master's degree preferred - Current Massachusetts RN license
- 4–5 years of operating room experience
