A partner hospital in Gardner, MA, is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join its award-winning, AAHA-accredited team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests on animals
  • Diagnose and treat illnesses, injuries, and conditions in animals
  • Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans for patients
  • Perform surgeries as needed
  • Assist with patient care and procedures in the hospital
  • Provide client education and counsel on pet health and wellness
  • Participate in community engagement activities and promote the practice

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:

  • DVM/VMD degree from an accredited college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program)
  • Active license in good standing to practice in the state of Massachusetts (or ability to obtain licensure)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with the team
  • Passion for high-quality animal care and client education
  • Interest in participating in professional development opportunities
