Kitchen Leader — Chipotle Mexican Grill

Join us as a Kitchen Leader to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our food is delicious, ordering supplies, and training future Kitchen Leaders.

• Cook and prep food to order following Chipotle’s policies and kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste, inventory levels, and address any quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back‑of‑house and front‑of‑house crew.
• Develop crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with crew and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Clean and sanitize the kitchen properly.
• Monitor kitchen equipment and arrange repairs promptly.
• Ensure kitchen safety and compliance with injury/accident guidelines.
• Complete Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and inventory rotation (FIFO).

• Understanding and articulation of Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Proficiency in the primary language(s) of the work location.
• High school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.

Base pay range: $17.90–$19.93. Actual pay may vary based on skill level, experience, and/or education. Digital tips are also available.
