The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, as well as provide support for other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of all signage. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members, while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a FAST Team Member, it is essential that you be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. You must be able to fulfill the following requirements:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with your District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Perform store-specific measurements and accurate cycle counts.
• Complete Tractor Way top cap process and hang store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover Needs & Wants, Recommend Solutions, Ask to Add Value & Appreciate.

Ensure customers have a shopping experience that stands out from the competition. Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving). Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Experience:

Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ and possess a valid driver’s license.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required. Must be able to read, write, and count accurately regardless of education level.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict.
• Self-directed with the ability to complete assignments independently.

• Generally indoor environment with moderate noise; shifts vary, typically no less than 4 hours and may exceed 8 hours.
• Travel between store locations using personal vehicle required, often for extended periods.
• Maintain a safe, productive environment following safety guidelines.
• Work on hard surfaces (concrete, asphalt) with adequate lighting and temperature.

• Travel as needed.
• Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with proper equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, stoop, climb ladders regularly.
• Access all store areas safely.
• Operate store equipment, including computers and cash registers.
• Read, write, and count accurately for documentation.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete required training successfully.
• Operate equipment like dollies, hand trucks, forklifts, balers, computers, and registers (forklift/baler if 18+).
• Lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Drive a vehicle.
• Stand and walk for entire shifts.
• Reach overhead and transfer merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Move quickly and safely throughout the store and outdoor areas.
• This role is non-sedentary.
