LPN Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Shift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at The Village at Marymount in Garfield Heights, Ohio. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our residents.

• Provide direct patient care to residents in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and progress of patients
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to promote positive patient outcomes and safety
