American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg Tele RN for a 13-week day shift assignment requiring an active Ohio or compact RN license and at least 1 year of recent Med/Surg Tele experience.

• Med/Surg Telemetry unit within a hospital setting
• Day shift schedule, 3x12 hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM

• Active Ohio or compact RN license required in hand at time of consideration
• 1 year of combined permanent Med/Surg Tele experience required
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Willingness to obtain NIHSS prior to start required
• One professional reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty required (charge RN references accepted, co-worker references not accepted)

• ECG rhythm recognition test and Safe Medicate assessment completed during orientation, with passing scores required within 2 attempts
• COVID-19 and flu vaccines required, with medical or religious exemptions only
• Travelers expected to work every other holiday
• Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate
• Permanent or per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date
• Assignments may be extended up to 18 consecutive months, after which a 6-month break is required before returning to any Cleveland Clinic location
