Assistant Store Leader (Assistant Manager)

Join 7‑Eleven as an Assistant Store Leader (Assistant Manager) and help drive outstanding customer service and operational excellence.

• Provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader for all store employees.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment, complying with all health and sanitation procedures.
• Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote the loyalty program.
• Support high employee retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, and encouraging productivity.
• Multi‑task, bend, stand, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds as required.

• High School diploma or GED preferred; at least one year of retail management experience sufficient.
• Valid driver’s license and automotive liability insurance from state of residence.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train, coach, and lead employees while maintaining high engagement.
