Position: HR Assistant (6 hours)

And now the Freeway team is seeking our dedicated and detail-oriented part-time (6 hours/day)
HR Assistant.

What your new job will look like?

The HR Assistant plays a key role in supporting the HR department across various functions, including employee relations, payroll, performance appraisal process, and HR-related administrative tasks. Reporting to the HR Manager, this position assists with day-to-day HR operations while helping ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Responsibilities

Handle HR administration tasks including preparing employment contracts, contract modifications, termination documents, and maintaining employee records;

Assist the HR Manager in the month-end closing procedures by collecting and recording data;

Keep the employee-related databases up to date;

Handle employee requests related to HR issues;

Keep in contact with HR service providers and other vendors;

Contribute to updating company policies and procedures under the guidance of the HR team;

Assist in organizing and supporting company events and team-building activities;

Requirements

Especially if you can talk to us about your:

Degree in HR or any Bachelor's degree with a focus on HR;

At least 1 year of experience in HR administration;

Strong communication skills in both English and Hungarian;

Particular attention to the accurate completion of tasks;

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion;

Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

Customer-focused mindset;

High level of initiative and self-motivation, with proactive approach to problem-solving.
