We are looking for highly motivated people to join our team. If you want to earn unlimited commissions while working in a fun, fast paced environment, GP Mobile is the place to be! Bilingual candidates are preferred, but not required.
Mobile Experts (ME) work as part of a Retail Team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They’re brand ambassadors who build energy and excitement around our products and services. They are passionate about the connected world and thrive in a fast-paced environment, where technology innovations, customer needs, and the Retail experience are continuously evolving. They immerse themselves in meaningful connections with our customers, and their ability to build and deepen relationships is unmatched across the wireless industry.
They continuously work to build expertise in uncovering customer needs and have a passion to educate, demonstrate, and recommend device and service solutions. This role is developmental, with new associates working with their team to build skills and prepare for advancement to Retail Associate Manager. As a Mobile Expert, you will be required to successfully complete new employee training.
What You’ll Do In Your Role
- Build proficiency in serving and selling to customers, providing a world-class customer experience and building loyalty by:
- Helping customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store.
- Exploring individual needs and demonstrating the latest technology in-store.
- Selling personalized solutions beyond devices and plans, including accessories and IoT devices.
- Approaching customer needs with integrity, compassion, and professionalism.
- Using digital tools to enhance interactions and onboarding, demonstrating coverage, plans, and services.
- Completing training on T-Mobile in-store experience, systems, and resources.
- Seeking out information between customers to stay informed about wireless innovations.
- Building relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience and support team initiatives.
The Experience You’ll Bring

- Ability to balance customer needs and performance goals.
- At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail experience preferred.
