Location & Travel Requirements
This is a field‑based role covering sites across the Yorkshire region.
Daily travel to multiple sites is required, so a full, clean driving licence is essential.

Induction & Onboarding
To ensure a smooth start, your induction will include:
* One day per week working alongside team members based in Middlesbrough, Liverpool, Peterborough and Stafford
* A couple of office-based days to meet the office team and complete your IT setup
This structured onboarding ensures you gain a full understanding of company processes, project types and support systems.
Responsibilities
* Ensuring Health & Safety compliance across a variety of construction sites
* Acting as Principal Designer when required
* Conducting site inspections, risk assessments and accident investigations
* Representing clients as the safety authority in meetings
* Developing and implementing Health & Safety policies
* Producing clear, accurate reports and communicating effectively with clients and site teams
What You’ll Need
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Health & Safety role within construction
* Strong working knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, including CDM
* NEBOSH Construction Certificate
* TechIOSH membership with a clear, demonstrable CPD/training record
* Strong IT skills
* Presentable with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Full, clean driving licence
