Location:
20 Main Street, Garforth, LS25 1AA
Pay: £13.04 per hour
Contract:
12 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time
Working pattern: A mix of opening (6am), closing (10pm), and mid‑day shifts, with flexibility across the week including at least 2 evening shifts and 1 weekend shift. Either Friday after 6pm, any shift on Saturday, or Sunday.
Full, paid training provided.
What you’ll do- Friendly and thoughtful service – you’ll put customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co‑op products and Membership, and doing all you can to deliver a great shopping experience.
- Work together to make everyone's day better – supporting your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
- Make sure the store is safe and legal – keep the shelves stocked and ensure prices, dates, and temperatures are all correct.
- Help introduce new products and services – make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together.
- Support your local community – get involved in all kinds of activities and events.
- A genuine care for the needs of customers and members.
- Great people skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- A positive approach to change and problem solving.
- The flexibility to work a range of different shifts.
- The applicant must be 18 years of age or older.
